Electric heating boiler is mainly composed of boiler body, electric control cabinet and control system. Its characteristics are environmental protection, clean, no pollution, no noise, and fully automatic.
The industrial electric steam boiler and hot water boiler use metal heating elements to heat the water and generate steam, so that the electrical energy is directly converted into thermal energy (producing hot water or steam). There is no need to use combustion to convert chemical energy into thermal energy, and there is no need to supply air and fuel for combustion. It does not emit harmful gases and ash residues, which fully meets environmental protection requirements.

WDR industrial electric boiler is a horizontal boiler developed and made by Yongxing Boiler Group, Our electric boiler uses ceramic electric heating tube which surface load is several times lower than that of a metal heating tube, which prolongs the service life and improves the thermal efficiency up to 99%.
The WDR type electric heating boiler adopts the separation structure of the electric control cabinet and the boiler body, which avoids the problems caused by thermal aging of the components and improves the service life. The boiler body is made of boiler steel plate, longitudinal and circumferential welds are automatically welded, and X-ray inspection is performed, which not only ensures the quality of the boiler, but also improves the appearance of the appearance.

WDR Horizontal Industrial Electric Boiler
The LDR electric heating boiler is a vertical industrial electric boiler that is heated by electricity. It refers to a pressure vessel device that converts electric heat into thermal energy and then heats water to generate steam. It is mainly composed of the boiler body, electric control carbinet and control system. It runs quietly, noise-free and clean, especially when it is heated by electricity (one of the country’s three major clean energy sources).
All electrical components of the LDR electric boiler have CE and CCC certification marks, and some accessories also use international brands such as Siemens, which greatly improves the quality and service life of the boiler, and has been trusted and recognized by customers.
