In the food industry, food safety is a top priority. Inner Mongolia Shengmu Gaoke Dairy Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise specializing in the production and sale of sterilized milk, fermented milk and infant formula. In order to ensure the quality of dairy products, steam boilers, such as preheating and sterilization, are required in many of the production processes. In 2014, Shengmu Gaoke Dairy needed to introduce a steam boiler in order to expand production. After many inspections, the project was finally handed over to Yongxing Boiler. The person in charge of Yongxing recommended a SZL series coal-fired steam boiler (SZL15-1.6-AII) according to actual needs. This type of boiler adopts double-cylinder arrangement, with high combustion efficiency, which saves 5% -10% of operating costs.
