Nanjing Zhuopai Brewery Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise specializing in the production and sales of liquor, with 2 automated liquor filling lines. In the production process of liquor, the two processes of fermentation and distillation must use steam to produce, so a steam boiler is essential. With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, more and more local governments restrict the use of coal-fired boilers. Therefore, Zhuopai Brewery purchased two biomass steam boilers (DZH2-1.25-T) from Yongxing Boiler in 2015. This boiler uses biomass particles as fuel to avoid or solve the problems of ash and slagging during combustion and heat exchange, and to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the boiler.
