During the processing of sweet potato starch, the drying process requires a steam boiler. Affected by the environmental protection policy, the original coal-fired boiler can no longer be used. Therefore, the company decided to introduce two environmentally-friendly SZS gas-fired boilers. An additional condenser is installed at the tail of the boiler flue, which uses the waste heat of the flue gas at the tail of the boiler to increase the inlet water temperature of the boiler, so that the thermal efficiency can reach more than 98%, which greatly reduces the customer’s investment in production costs.
