During the production and processing of dairy products, preheating, sterilization, cooling and other processes require a large amount of steam. As a leading dairy product supplier in China, Mengniu Dairy (Qiqihar) has reached a cooperation with Yongxing Boiler through bidding. According to the actual steam demand, Yongxing Boiler provided a 15-ton SZS gas boiler (SZS15-1.6-Q). The SZS gas boiler is an energy-saving and efficient boiler: the boiler body adopts the internationally popular D-type layout and full wet back structure, which makes the fuel burn more fully, improves the combustion efficiency, and makes the thermal efficiency reach 98%. The configuration of the ultra-low nitrogen burner makes its nitrogen oxide emission less than 30mg, which has excellent environmental performance.
