COFCO Jiakang (Chifeng) is a well-known local pig breeding company. In order to meet the hot water demand in the breeding process, the company decided to purchase a large-tonnage boiler. According to the daily demand, Yongxing Boiler recommended a QXX36-1.6/130/70-AII circulating fluidized bed boiler for it. The boiler adopts the upper exhaust high-temperature cyclone separation device, which makes the heat transfer coefficient of the furnace high and strengthens the overload capacity. In addition, it adopts staged air supply combustion, so that the combustion always runs under low excess air, greatly reducing the production and emission of NOx, and meeting the relevant requirements of the national environmental protection policy.
